Same as Resurfacer except in a "Just Add Water" formula for extra convenience. Used to create semi-smooth or textured overlays from 0 - 1/8th inch thick over existing surfaces. Applied using a trowel, squeegee, broom or hopper gun. Can be used with acid stains or dyes.
