A "Just Add Water" special formulation of polymer, cement and sand that can be sprayed on thin to achieve a very smooth finish. Popular for restoring and recoloring stamped concrete surfaces, and for providing a smooth, uniform, cement finish for interior floors, prior to applying stains or dyes. Requires a Spray-Top machine from Concrete Solutions.
